Wanted: Dedicated Volunteers
We recently reorganized as a “county” joint career / volunteer station and are seeking motivated people to help us serve our citizens.
What we offer:
- Very large call volume
- Multi-purpose station (Engine, Heavy Squad, Tower & two ALS ambulances)
- All apparatus' is either county owned or leased - No worrying about how to finance next piece of equipment.
- County appointed volunteer leadership
- Free training
- Career and Volunteer staff working side-by-side in a positive, productive and pleasurable environment. Teamwork.
- Dynamic social setting
- Flexible shift schedules
What we don’t offer:
- Bingo duties (NO BINGO)
- Fundraising (NO FUNDRAISING)
- Politics. All leadership is county appointed and meets all state and local certification requirements.
- Bad or arrogant attitudes
