READY FOR SANTA'S TRAIL?

In support of Operation Lifesaver’s rail safety program and to benefit the Marine Corps’ Toys for Tots campaign, Virginia Railway Express will host the special "Santa Train" on the 9th of December.

Passenger will surely be delighted with the caroling of Santa and his helpers while on board.

The train is set to depart from the Fredericksburg, Leeland Road (Stafford County), Woodbridge, Manassas and Burke Centre VRE stations. Tickets are currently on sale at each participating station and Casey’s Gift Shop located in Washington, D.C. at 550 C Street, S.W.

Tickets are also available at the Fredericksburg Visitor Center, located at 706 Caroline Street, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Net proceeds from Santa Train ticket sales will help support Operation Lifesaver’s “Look, Listen and Live” campaign which focuses on education, enforcement and engineering strategies to improve safety at railroad crossings.
